What maintaining the cold chain means<\/h2>

The cold chain is the continuity of storage conditions from the supplier until receipt. It does not depend only on the vehicle: order preparation, insulation, journey time and how quickly you store the product all matter.<\/p>\n

Never guess the applicable temperature range. It should appear on the label or in the supplier's instructions and may differ for chilled, frozen or other product formats.<\/p>\n
